Enable storing of the PayPal email config.
Enable storing of a flag to enable or disable PayPal payment on fly.
When the invoice is emailed to client send a link to view the invoice online in the email.
When the client views the invoice online then allow the client to make payment via PayPal.
5 once the payment is made mark the invoice as paid.
