Update the list of Past Contributors selected in Open Source Programs

Description

Update the list of Past Contributors. This will include all the information of past participants. The GSoC, GSoD, LFX, and the Outreachy. The list of students got selected for these projects is outdated. The list of selected students can be found on the community website. Make sure to verify the candidate. Add their Github account along with their name and batch. You can also put a link to the project that they worked on. Update the list for GSoC, Outreachy, GSoD, and LFX.

This will help us keep track of all the members that got selected and it would be easier for new contributors to reach them.
