pabot has different behaviour when have different text capital #595

Run pabot with command below:

pabot --log NONE --report NONE .\testsuites

This command will run without any issue.
But if with command below:

pabot --log None --report None .\testsuites

Then pabot will complain No output created

Both command actually are same, except for all capital case and title case
