The GUI version applies all protections even though I just enabled one in the project config #513

Hi. My project is quite large (over 50k lines of code). I've been using a customized version of https://github.com/yck1509/ConfuserEx since the day one and the GUI options works in it. Today I wanted to test your efforts (Thanks for your work in any case)

  • ConfuserEx Version: Confuser.Core 1.6.0+447341964f
  • Target Framework: 4.8
  • Operating System: Windows 10 Pro 21H1 (latest updates as of 10/2022)

Steps to Reproduce: The config file of the project is attached. That works as intended in the original ConfuserEx.

I wanted to test how control flow affects in terms of memory scanning speed but the tool applied every protection.
