Would you like more hotcues?

Feature Description

I have created a variation on the LateNight 64 Samplers theme. My version has 64 samples and also 24 hotcues per deck:

Is this something other Mixxx users would find useful? I find it extremely useful and I'm happy to make a PR is there's any interest.

Every now & then someone wants "More Hotcues!!" : )

Thing is, already now LateNight with all features enabled doesn't fit into the 'minimum size' of 1280px, and with a row of 12 cues UI would be squeezed even more. So this would need to be a LateNight derivative with its own skin.xml and deckc/.. templates.

FWIW a while ago, I thought about creating some optional skin component which is not enabled by the visible property but by some switch in skin.xml.
Different to the visible property (which means templates with all their widgets are loaded, but shown only if the visible prop is true), this would load components only if enabled on skin load.
This would allow to have a common skin.xml and, enabled via the the preferences, there could be truly optional components like 0/8/64 samplers, 8/24 hotcues or whatever.
I'll create a feature request describing the idea in more detail soonish, or a POC PR right away.
