I found that Mixxx doesn't work exactly as the two items below.

• To clear the search string hit :kbd:ESC or click the clear button right next to the input field.
• Hit :kbd:TAB to cycle between the search and the list of results in the library. Use the :kbd:↑ and :kbd:↓ keys to scroll in the list of results.

Oh yeah, this needs an update. (the search bar tooltip could also be tweaked a bit)

• Return: Trigger search before search-as-you-type timeout or jump to tracks view afterwards
• Ctrl+Space: open the search history
• (in the history view) Delete or Backspace: remove item from history
• Esc jump to the tracks table
