Release Schedule

Hi. Since it seems releases aren't managed via CI (at least from the looks of this repo) what is the release schedule for the node client to npm?

Hey timothy whenever there are changes and someone gets around to it at the moment. I have a tentative plan to move that to a CI at some point this year but it isn't a priority as most of these packages are touched quite infrequently

@ProbablePrime I've (since) tried putting a few npm packages in CI. Unfortunately npm doesn't have a solution for publishing in accounts that require 2FA in CI, so I've been doing all my packages manually.
