Hiif you interested in some fixes - please see the my forkwith small fixes:

  1. Telebot compatible with version 13.5 of the used api
  2. Fix working with extensions in telebot
  3. Fixes in OPDS - authentication is now fully work for me from CoolReader
  4. Cosmetic fix for bookshelf

Telebot: Fix deprecated RegexHandler and change order of handlers.

Thanks a lot for sharing this, I've used your code instead of original, and your fork worked for me.
Without your fixes nor Coolreader, nor Telegram bot were functional.

Several improvements and fixes:
a3452ad 
- logic of finding doubles moved to the database query level.
- fixed exception on sending the same message;
- some code cosmetic fixes.
