There are some strange errors in the inbox (Instance is blocked)

💡 Summary

Lots of Delayed in the inbox!!! and it's growing!
It's also decreasing automatically, but sometimes the increase outpaces the decrease! It looks like there is a problem with the AP protocol?

🥰 Expected Behavior

I hope someone can fix these problems that occur within the inbox

🤬 Actual Behavior

When I block an instance globally, at that point a strange Delayed appears in the inbox, which gives the error message：

Error: Instance is blocked

This looks like a problem in “https://fedibird.com” from reposting posts from pawoo.net. But I don't know how to improve it.

1. inbox's dashboard gives the error as
   StatusError: 403 Forbidden

2. inbox's dashboard error message is
   StatusError: 404 Not Found

3.inbox's dashboard error message is
AbortError: The operation was aborted.
