生成される

🤬 Actual Behavior

生成されないので #13946 のように表示される

📝 Steps to Reproduce

  1. bmp形式の画像をアップロードする
  2. 画像の非表示ボタンなどでblurhashを表示させる

* Model and OS of the device(s): Windows 11 [Version 10.0.22631.3593]
* Browser: Chrome 126.0.6478.127 (Official Build)
* Server URL: (local)
* Misskey: (develop)
