Not sure how to implement/provide config for this, but it would be nice to allow custom TOC organization

can you elaborate it better? not sure which kind of customization you want/need.

#29 pretty much solves the problem for me. I primarily wanted a way to create custom nav similar to stripe:

stripe-api-reference-and-nerd_tree_2--- --sites-faspex-frontend ---vim1

I needed a way to provide custom sections for things like general info and other groupings.
