deb https://snapshot.debian.org/archive/debian-ports/20221225T084846Z unstable main change to:

deb http://ftp.ports.debian.org/debian-ports sid main
deb http://ftp.ports.debian.org/debian-ports unreleased main
and add:
https://packages.debian.org/pl/sid/debian-ports-archive-keyring

Ports is deprecated for riscv64 now. Use unstable archive, and later when the archive is rebuilt it will soon after enter testing (trixie release).
