The shortcut menu doesn't support non-QWERTY keyboards (such as the French AZERTY or German QWERTZ layout) when adding keys to actions, the keys deviate from the actual keys.
For example, on a QWERTZ layout ö is seem as ; and ä as ".
While using the keys still works as intended, the deviating names make it hard to know what the default key binds are and hard to remember what your changes were.
