Description of the new feature / enhancement

The shortcut menu doesn't support non-QWERTY keyboards (such as the French AZERTY or German QWERTZ layout) when adding keys to actions, the keys deviate from the actual keys.
For example, on a QWERTZ layout ö is seem as ; and ä as ".

While using the keys still works as intended, the deviating names make it hard to know what the default key binds are and hard to remember what your changes were.

Scenario when this would be used?
