Description of the new feature / enhancement

1. Both Image And Epub Reader UI

• The reader border line should be 5 to 6 px in size. Same space from left line to arrow as in below image approx.
• The line should respect UI scaling and it should be rounded rectangle.
• The line must only contain Left and Bottom Line and no top and right border lines.
• Its margins should be limited to the start of top bar and scroll bar.
• The line must be linked to a new theme property called 'Reader Settings Border Line Color' in theme maker.
• I said new theme property and not 'Divider Color' because some user might like it and others might not, so the users that might not like it can use the 'link' feature and link the line color to 'Reader Settings BG' to not see it.

2. Epub Reader Settings

• A small UI Request in epub reader settings. Since the below image are all in
• So they all would be in a single margin. The 'em' should not be too far end.

Scenario when this would be used?

Improvement of End-User Experience.
