Steps to reproduce

This arrow button bug is present everywhere there are arrows beside values both in epub and manga reader.
This is especially a problem when not using the keyboard and only using the mouse.

1. Open any manga or epub or xhtml file.
2. Try to increase / decrease the value by 1 by using the arrow buttons beside it with a single click.

✔️ Expected Behavior

• The value should increase / decrease one time for one single click on up / down arrow.

❌ Actual Behavior

• Half of the time the value doesn't change with a single click.

• Holding the arrow up / down works perfectly.
• But the only problem is that half of the time the value doesn't increase / decrease by 1 on mouse single click.

Just found that, one can click in the value box and use mouse scroll or keyboard up/down key to increase / decrease the value and its works perfectly.
