Using the Graph SDK to do the equivalent of adding to 'Attributes & Claims' in the Entra Portal

Hi,

I'm looking to programatically add static values to an Enterprise Applications 'Attributes & Claims', e.g. the equivalent of 'Enterprise Applications' -> select app -> 'Single sign-on' and editing the 'Attributes & Claims' section in the Entra portal to add a new attribute claim with a static value in the 'Source attribute' field.

I've seen a few suggestions around extensions and using ClaimsMappingPolicies, but would like to know what is the preferred/correct mechanism to do this?
