There was already a ticket open for this, but it was closed without being fixed. Instead it was renamed something about how it is thin, and a setting was added to make it thicker, which DOES NOT HELP. The scrollbar on the tabs is ITSELF a UX antipattern. I have accidentally clicked on it hundreds of times. My intent is ALWAYS to click on the tab, and then this scrollbar appears on hover and i accidentally click on that instead, which MOVES THE TABS so that the tab i was trying to click on goes OFFSCREEN.
