Minimap scroll bar stops highlighting all the selected word occurrences in HTML

Similar behaviour to #101552 but for HTML with NO LANGUAGE EXTENSIONS INSTALLED

i.e. this appears to be the default behaviour for the inbuilt HTML language handler.

The only highlighting that works is open and close html tags.
