learn-markdown breaks GitHub Copilot tab-completion

When I get GitHub Copilot suggestions (or suggestions from other extensions), I can't tab complete the suggestions. When pressing Tab, a tab character is emitted instead of the suggested completion. Disabling the learn-markdown extension fixes tab-completion.
