Building WinUI 2.6 with MSBuild

I built the WinUI or Microsoft UX Controls on Windows Server 2019 Standard with the VS2019 Build Tools.
For those that don't know you can build them from the cmd line.

You need to install the Windows SDKs withe Powershell Script in the Build Dir, the instructions are in 2.1.

With A 'nuget restore MUXControls.sln'
and a then a 'msbuild MUXControls.sln'.
