Steps to reproduce the bug

• Select 'Machine Configuration'
• Select 'Set up an environment'
• Create new environment

Expected result

List of available environments such as Microsoft WSL should be shown.

Actual result

App crashes.
Note: creating new environment by selecting 'Environments' first does not crash the app and achieves expected result.
