Steps to reproduce

Not able to use TextExtractor on text that is tilted 90 degrees.

✔️ Expected Behavior

TextExtractor to successfully grab text that is tilted 90 degrees.

❌ Actual Behavior

TextExtractor acts as if area you attempt to extract from had no text in it, and waits for you to pick a new area.

Text Extractor's OCR engine is issue, please use the built in Snipping Tool with the new OCR engine which can do vertical text.

I just tried it out to verify.
