I love open source, but I don't see the point in providing this executable (which requires domain admin credentials to run properly) via a github repository instead of https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download

I know this is a Microsoft repository but for all we know the author @dasakhar (with no profile info or apparent link to MS) is a hacked account, no offense to you.

Did this trust concern ever get resolved? i wish to make use of the tool, however, not sure if the tool is safe.
