How to run the test

The direction to run the test is clear.
cd to current work
Then run the Matlab m file and CoppeliaSim scene file.
My question is WHERE?
Do I run both from CoppeliaSim with a remoteAPI Connecting it to python?

Please help with directions on how to replicate the test
