Add more "greppable" info in the About section?

If I search with "async grep" or "async search" in vimawesome.com unfortunately vim-grepper doesn't come up.

Could it be beneficial to add more info to the About section? Some keywords could be "background", "async" and "search", while "grep" is already there. "ack" could also be good, since it's certainly the most widely known and mentioned.

Furthermore, a quick note about its strengths: simple, focused, minimal, flexible, fast, doing one thing well, and so on would help draw attention amongst its target audience, that is, people who value those properties.

I would really love that this plugin became as visible popular as possible, it's really the neatest in its category. Just an idea.
