Does not work on pages with no scroll bar

It works perfect if the page has a long list or content creating the scroll bar, but it does not work if there is just a fraction of content on the page with no scroll making it impossible to refresh

+1 for this. Was going crazy trying to figure out why it sometimes worked and sometimes didn't.
