Debugging a subprocess with debugpy

Hi! I am trying to debug some test that runs application in subprocess, so i can call it in test via http. With subProcess=false option it runs, but allows to debug only test code and not application running in subprocess. According to #832 it should work

debugpy version 1.6.6+5.g35504f8
installed with

pip install git+https://github.com/microsoft/debugpy.git

UPD
There was duplicated adapter setup in my config file. After removing it working great! Sorry for false alarm and many thanks for your work)
