Difficulties setting up dap for normal lua and nvim lua plugin debugging

I'm trying to debug a simple helloworld lua file (mainly with default clean lazyVim config) and I'm unable to due to few reasons from few attemps.

1. I'm mainly using the default configs and installs with :LazyExtras installed dap and nlua repos from there and I'm not sure wether OSV suppose to be able to debug (with no extra config over the default)) plain non nvim lua file with the useage of simple setting breakpoints and continue but this way it either works without printing to repl (or updating user specified expression list variable)
   or prints the following error after doing the continue and "Run This file"

Any idea what are the sure complete set of steps to install and config everything for full lua debugging?
