I can not upload any plugins! #77

I'm destroyed! Every time I unload a plugin and then restart ts comes a message that says: "Could not find the entry point ... dynamic linkage procedure C: \ Program FIles \ TeamSpeak 3 Client \ plugins \ (plugin name)" and when I look in the list of plugins it is marked in red and in the description it says "Plugin failed to load:
Failed to open plugin. "

Help me!
If there are any errors in this message it is because I used Google Translate to translate it.
