Don't display seconds in time fields where not needed

What is the current behavior?

Atm generally the seconds are displayed in time fields as well. At some places we need it (e.g. Updated & Updated by), in others it's not really needed (e.g. Delivery Days).

Which are the steps to reproduce?

Check and see.

What is the expected or desired behavior?

We need to decide where they should be displayed, and how it should be done.
Maybe do this together with the timezone issue.
