Hide "New" button from windows that don't allow insertion

What is the current behavior?

• In AT_Tab there is a field called "Insert Record". If this field is not checked the insertion in the table is not possible via webui. When trying to insert an error pops up:

• Nevertheless, the "New" button is displayed.

Which are the steps to reproduce?

• Find a window that does not allow manual inserts
• Open the window
• NOK; The "New" button is available in webui

What is the expected or desired behavior?

• Please, provide the backend changes so the "New" button can be hidden if the window does not allow insertions
• Please, create a frontend issue afterwards for hiding the button
