docker - support rabbitmq management interface

What is the current behavior?

Currently the default rabbitmq container does not use management interface.
For easier debugging the management interface is required

What is the expected or desired behavior?

Have management interface for rabbitmq deployed which you can then optionally port-bind so you can access the management interface using your browser.
