Implement a way of handling failing migration scripts #21

Test Case:

rolling the server and one of the migration scripts are failing
we need a quick/convenient way to run something similar to "sql_remote -a"

NOTE: on some IT severs, failing migration scripts is business as usual.

If this was already implemented pls just document here how to do it.
