The default of "10.244.0.0/12" was only required for backward compatibility with older metal-api versions.

Breaking Change

Rolling out this release of metal-core requires that at least metal-api `v0.34.0` is running. This should have been running since metal-stack `v0.18.12`. This is mentioned explicitly because it would be catastrophic if this were not the case, i.e. all cluster traffic would be disrupted.
