How to create a "triple-dot" arrow?

I want to draw a diagram like:

What I want here is the "triple-dot" between the 2nd and nth blocks. I see there's a "dotted arrow" which looks kind of similar, but I'd prefer the "triple dot" as it's less ambiguous on the purpose of the arrow.
