Able to generating custom diagrams?

I've only just discovered Mermaid and wondered if it could be used to create custom diagrams?

I would like to create an online app that generates a diagram like below based on user input into a form.

e.g. basic diagram template (I currently use image editting software to edit)

My app would accept data as follows:

• capacity (2000L)
• colour (Galvanised)
• width (500mm)
• length (2500mm)
• height (1560mm)
• inlet position (A, B or C -- C)
• overflow position (1-12 -- 12)
• outlet position (1-12 -- 2)

And then the generate a diagram similar to the following:

Is this something possible with Mermaid? Just want to know if I am in the right place before I start delving into the code :)
