Check memberful does_not_have_subscription_to and memberful has_subscription_to shortcodes

They don't work correctly for some users. For example admin user who has no linked Memberful account. In that case both short codes apply, which is not correct.

I'm thinking a WP site admin should see everything, regardless of what the settings are.

From customer:

The issue is that the user sees both shortcodes' content. However the same user does not see "Restricted Access" content boxes. I'm not sure if it's related, but the product was refunded on that user's account.
