[Feature Request] Joystick mappable hotkey for Screen sizing even

So far the only joystick mappable hotkey regarding screen sizing is to toggle which of the two screens is emphasised. some games (e.g. Mario and Luigi Partners in time) have moments where screen sizing even would be the preferred layout (a lot of attacks are much much easier to time dodges on in that game if you got the screens aligned on top of each other with even sizing), which currently can only be selected over the menus once either of the screens has been emphasised. M&L Partners in time specifically has moments where you need only top screen, moments where you need only bottom screen, and moments where you'd want both screens even, so being able to switch between all 3 via joystick mappings would be preferred.
