Describe the feature you'd like

An update to the multiblock turbines which allows players to choose between horizontal or vertical construction, rather than strictly vertical. The only blocks that would need updating are the rotational complex, shafts, and blades, however I understand that Mekanism's code would need to be altered in order to recognize and form the multiblock in a horizontal configuration.

Describe alternatives you've considered

The primary alternative would be to use Extreme Reactors turbines, however the flow rate and energy output are much less efficient with those. Also, the steam is incompatible between mods without code alteration, therefore making the use of Mekanism fission reactors impossible with said turbines.

Additional context

The primary purpose behind this request is the fact that I am currently constructing a multi-reactor fission power plant based on the one in Chernobyl, and as such, the turbines should be in a horizontal orientation. Sadly, the only mods that add realistic power generation- namely HBM's nuclear tech and Immersive Technology, are stuck in much older versions, and I am on 1.18.2.
