Add a Config to toggle visibility of the MekaSuit's Energy Bar

A config to completely hide the MekaSuit's energy bar from the HUD.

Describe alternatives you've considered

I've considered talking about it to AutoHUD's developer, but 1.20.1 has become old enough already that few would consider adding such a minuscule addition for an old version...
Or I could still ask them and they might do it for new versions? Oh I think I'll do that.

Additional context

Using a mod that hides the HUD when not needed, this bar feels very off standing by itself.
