Describe the feature you'd like

I would like the following enhancements for frequencies

  • More than 16 characters for the name of a frequency
    • So that I can call a frequency Uranium Hexafluoride instead of UF6 or Uranium Hexaluor
  • The ability to rename a frequency
    • So that i don't have to delete and recreate a frequency when I call it Ursanium Hexafluoride by mistake
  • The ability to reorder frequencies
    • So that I can keep related frequencies together even when I need to expand on an existing setup
    • I saw there are already feature requests for this but I figured I'd metion it anyway

Describe alternatives you've considered

  • Using acronyms and/or shorter names
    • Works, but I feel like having more than 16 characters for an identifier is not a big change and helps me keep frequencies tidy
  • Deleting and recreating frequencies
    • Works, but afaik any existing content is voided when deleting, and the frequency is created at the bottom of the list
  • Be very careful when designing production lines
    • I would have to design production lines before they actually become available to me to keep things tidy
    • For example, ore slurries are processed first during ore refinement, but a frequency for them is not required until late game
