Edit role name

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, the role name cannot be edited once created. If you want to add more description to the role name to suit the new rule added, it is impossible unless you delete it and start all over.

An edit button should be added to the role name on the edit role page.

Or the role name should be editable in a text field on the edit role page.
