BloodBank Management System

This system simplifies blood donation, inventory tracking, and distribution, making it easier for blood banks and donation centers to operate smoothly

Features

  • Donor Management: Register blood donors, maintain their profiles with contact information, medical history, and donation preferences.
  • Inventory Management: Track the inventory of blood units available in the blood bank, including blood type, quantity, expiration dates, and storage location.
  • Transfusion Requests and Distribution: Allow healthcare facilities to place requests for specific blood types or components and allocate and distribute blood units based on availability and urgency.
  • Upcoming Blood Donation Camps: Display details about upcoming blood donation camps to encourage participation and increase blood donations.

What did I learn in this project?

  • I learnt the foundational elements of web development like HTML, CSS, JS.

  • I honed my skills in database management and SQL Query building and optimization.
