Side panel bar chart hover does not reflect live updating totals #152

When "Real time daily total" is enabled, the time displayed when hovering over the project bars in the bar chart doesn't live update for the active project. It doesn't match the live-updating project time shown in the project summary below the bars:

Digging further into Svelte to figure this one out is a bit out of my depth for now.

MacOS Sonoma 14.1.1, Obsidian 1.4.13, Obsidian Toggl Integration 0.11.0.
