Problem text with french keyboard

I can't use the character "`" with a french keyboard because it needs space.

I will try with an english one, but do you have plan to make all works for french keyboard ?
I could help.

And is there a way to change the default text "Freeliner !" when using TextRenderMode ?

I do not know any other french people using freeliner at the moment. Your best bet is to get a qwerty keyboard and use a us english layout. Unless you want to mail me a french keyboard and pay me to add the support.

To set the text of a segment, first snap the cursor to the middle of a segment, hit the | key to enter into text entry, type desired text, press enter.
You can send commands to do it also but I need to fix it, it seems to be buggy.

I just received my English keyboard, I'm going to install a debian in English on my laptop to solve the problem for the time being.
