  • b) Does using a single ODE parametrisation help?

To answer b) we could

  • Run the single ODE model with the same (informative and uniformative) priors on R0 as in Experiment 1: simple SIR #37 and then record the quantities of interest:

Quantities to track

  • Mean, median and BCI;
  • Divergences;
  • ESS;
  • Run time.
