Per this FR: https://meta.decidim.org/processes/roadmap/f/122/proposals/17233 we would like to implement user timezones - it's really important for an international community!

Could we incorporate the work from openpoke/decidim#11 as a patch, maybe?

This is being partially addressed upstream: decidim/decidim#12682

When we are bumped up to 0.28 we can do this with Decidim Awesome: decidim-ice/decidim-module-decidim_awesome#332 🚀
