* Splitting x3n4.php into smallest files. On development you should r…

+ .editorconfig.
+ package.json.
+ Gulp tasks to build the shell into a single file (`dist/x3n4.php`). It creates a minified version too (`dist/x3n4.min.php`).
+ TravisCI.
+ Publishes automatically the release files on tagged builds.
