IKEA in Kyiv has been closed since 2022

It should probably be grayed out (or even completely blocklisted until the store re-opens);
Even tho they may still have blåhaj in stock, it wont be possible to purchase any of them them for the foreseeable future.
Pretty sure the API still reports them as available for delivery too

I've disabled it for now, although I'd like to keep it in and set it as disabled. Really unfortunate it got closed there 3949334
