[bug]: Can't download custom analytics CSV file #5036

Is there an existing issue for this?

Current behavior

When i try to download a custom analytics CSV file, I get an error message. Here's a screenshot:

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to 'Analytics' in a project.
  2. Select 'Custom Analytics'
  3. Select for 'y-axis' -> 'Issue Count'
  4. Select for 'x-axis' -> 'Assignee'
  5. Group by 'Estimate point'
  6. Click 'Export as CSV'

HI @raquel-zuniga This feature is working fine in our cloud version. Are you using a self-hosted version? If so, could you please share a screenshot of the network response? This will help us debug the issue more effectively.

@pushya22 I'm using Microsoft Edge Version 126.0.2592.87 (Official build) (arm64) to access app.plane.so
I've also tried with Chrome.

here is the payload:
